Registration may be done in person only, at Bright Horizons at Casperkill.

Follow these steps!

  1. Download the Program Catalog if you need to.

  2. Print the camp charts (PDF) and circle program/class numbers for the day you wish to register. These worksheets will be your guide for filling out final registration forms when you register.
  3. Bring program worksheets, medical forms, and payment to Casperkill .

Are "Member Rates" available?

To be eligible for “Member” rates on camp programs and to participate in the lottery, a child/children must either be a 2008 Seasonal Swim Family Member or have a Family Fitness & Swim Membership valid through the camp dates the child/children are registered for. For information pertaining to our memberships at Casperkill, please call the lobby at (845)463-6400.

Non-Members of Casperkill: Non-Members are welcomed to register for camp programs and are encouraged to sign up for our new “non-member” lottery from February 11th – March 21st. This lottery will give the non-member an assigned registration time and number between 10:00am – 11:00am on April 5th.

 

Members of Casperkill: To receive member discounts, family membership cards must be presented at registration and valid for the weeks the child will be attending camp. Memberships may be purchased at the Lobby Office (view office hours). Members may register for the “member lottery” at the lobby from February 11th – March 21st. Family Membership* will qualify the family for Camp, Instructional and Extended Camp Service discounts. *Restrictions apply. Please call the Office for specifics on eligible memberships.

What's the 4 Pack Discount Program?

Here's how it works: Any family that gets three new families to join the camp will get 25% off of the total camp price. There is a required minimum purchase of four weeks that each child must be enrolled to a full day camp program (this would also include combining a morning and afternoon mini camp to complete a day). The “new” families are not eligible if they participated in 2006 Summer Camp Programs. Members will get 25% off the member rate and non-members will get 25% off the non-member rate.

Those participating in the 4 Pack Discount Program after March 24th must register at the Lobby Office at Casperkill. Everyone is eligible to participate in Summer Camp Programs at Bright Horizons at Casperkill. You do not have to be a member; however certain memberships at Casperkill do offer special privileges.

To be eligible for the 4 Pack Program, all parties involved must register for this program between February 11th & March 21st at the Lobby office at Casperkill. 4 Pack Program participants will be placed in the lottery to see what time they should come in to register on April 5th. If any one of the four is a member, all will be entered in the member lottery with a registration time between 9:00am – 10:00am. If none are members, all will be placed in the non-member lottery with a registration time between 10:00am - 11:00am. If it is past the lottery registration date, you may still register in the 4 Pack Program onApril 5th by utilizing the first, come first serve session between 11:00am - 12noon. . After March 24th, open registration begins on April 10th. Those wishing to receive the 4 Pack discount must register at the Lobby Office at Casperkill. PLEASE NOTE: All four families must register together. Eligibility must be confirmed prior to receiving the discount. Additional camps may be purchased at a later date at the discounted rate.

What is the lottery? (For Members & Non-Members)

The “lottery” gives those persons who hold an eligible membership, a time slot (between 9:00am – 10:00am) to sign up for camp on Saturday, April 5th. Non-Members may now also sign up for their own lottery and will be assigned a time slot between 10:00am and 11:00am. These numbers and time slots are assigned and mailed out to participants after the lottery registration ends on March 21st.

You may register at the Lobby or Athletic Office for the camp “lottery”, February 11th - March 21st. There is only one submittal per family (one time slot can be used to register more than one child from the same family).

If you missed the lottery: Registration will be April 5th from                      11:00 - 12:00 noon. You may come in beginning at 9:00am on the 5th and we will assign you a time/number for you to return.

When is Open Registration ?

Members and Non-Members may register for camp again beginning April 10th at the Athletic Office. Members must present their ID cards at the time of registration to receive camp discounts. No refunds will be issued if membership card is presented at a later date.

Those registering under the 4 Pack Discount Program must register at the Lobby Office.

What forms of payment are accepted? [back to top]

  • Casperkill accepts cash, check or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American Express). Debit Cards are not accepted.
  • Make checks payable to: Casperkill (must bring valid driver’s license).
    There will be a fee of $30.00 for returned checks. Casperkill does not re-deposit checks. Returned checks must be made good immediately to guarantee your child’s place in camp.  After April 5th, only Cash or Credit Card will be accepted as payment for any and all camp programs.

When is payment due?

  • Payment is due in full on the day you register your child/children. There are no refunds.
  • To receive the member discount, membership card(s) must be presented at time of purchase for each child being registered for camp.
  • There will be a $10.00 administration fee for camp exchanges approved at the discretion of the camp director.

What if I loose my copy of the registration records?

There will be a $5.00 processing fee to receive copies of Health and/or Registration Forms from the camp files.

Is there a fee for class or camp program changes?

Yes. There will be a $10.00 administration fee for camp exchanges approved by the camp director.
